Shaping the Future of Aesthetics: Joining the Fresh Clinics Advisory Board

In 2026 I was appointed to the Fresh Clinics Advisory Board. Here's why the role matters to me, and what I hope it means for the next generation of practitioners.

In 2026 I was appointed to the Fresh Clinics Advisory Board, a group of Australia's leading cosmetic practitioners who help guide how the aesthetics industry is shaped.

It's a role I don't take lightly. It's also one I never imagined when I started out.

What the board does

The board advises on standards, education and best practice. Its purpose is simple: patients should receive safe, high-quality care, and practitioners should have the support they need to grow.

Those two things go hand in hand. When practitioners are well trained and well supported, patients are better cared for. When standards are clear, the whole industry earns more trust.

Where I started

I started as a cosmetic nurse with one bed in a rented room.

Today I run a multi seven figure clinic in regional Australia with a team of eight, and I train with leading doctors internationally.

None of that happened by accident. It came from years of learning, asking questions, investing in education and getting the business basics right alongside the clinical work.

Why this role matters to me

For me, this is about giving back to an industry that has given me so much.

I've been the practitioner learning on the job. I've been the clinic owner working out how to grow a team. I've been the woman building a business from a regional postcode, wondering if that would hold me back. It didn't.

I want to bring that perspective to the table: the view from the treatment room, from a growing clinic and from outside the capital cities.

Building on strong foundations

Having a voice at this level means helping the next generation of practitioners and clinic owners build careers and businesses on strong foundations.

That means great clinical training, but it also means more than that. Skill alone won't build a business. Practitioners need structure, mentors and a clear path forward, so their talent turns into something that lasts.

Looking ahead

I'm grateful to be part of this group and excited about the work ahead. The aesthetics industry has a big future, and I want to help shape it with care, integrity and high standards.

If you're a practitioner or clinic owner building your own path, I'd love to have you along for the journey.
